I was unable to offer the book in color for some time because of problems with our color laser printer. I'm pleased to report that we have both solved the problems AND replaced the printer with a new color laser copier which is under a maintenance contract so there should be no more problems in providing color books. (Of course, there can always be delays if we have problems with the copier but at least we now have technical support to fix any such problems.)
